Patient Care Coordinator & OtoTech
Grace was raised in Brown County as a young child, before her family moved to Bloomington, IN in 1999. She has
always had a passion for helping people increase their quality of life. Grace joined Southern Indiana Hearing Solutions in
2017 as their front office administrator. She quickly found out just how much she enjoyed interacting with patients, even
from behind the front desk! In October 2018 she was sent to obtain her Otolaryngologist Technician (Oto-Tech)
certificate from the Michigan Ear Institute so she could start performing audiological testing on patients. Having later
transitioned into the Patient Care Coordinator roll in 2019, she has been able to continue to learn about hearing, testing,
hearing devices and patient care under Kelly's stellar guidance.
