Kelly Munn, AuD, CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Munn pursued a degree in Audiology at Indiana University where she received her Doctorate in 2006. After completing her clinical externship as part of the Cochlear Implant team at Riley Children’s Hospital, she worked as a Clinical Application Specialist for Cochlear Americas. While at Cochlear, she provided support and education for all cochlear implant programs in the Upper Mid-West region. She has completed advanced level courses in American Sign Language, and has a passion for helping people on their path to better hearing, communication and overall quality of life. She currently specializes in the diagnostic assessment of hearing loss and amplification for both pediatric and adult populations.
Dr. Munn grew up in a small town nearby and traveled as part of her family’s local Artisan furniture business. As a result, she has visited several places around the world and lived in many cities, including Madison, WI, Asheville, NC and Portland, OR. Dr. Munn’s roots are in southern Indiana and with her daughter, Piper, in tow they plan on nesting in the Bloomington area for a long time. Dr. Munn is happiest when she is cooking for her loved ones, spending time in her garden, exercising, learning a new skill and spending time with her daughter.
Dr. Munn is a member of the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association. She actively pursues professional development and maintains her Clinical Competence Certification in Audiology to help mentor Indiana University AuD students obtain their audiology clinical experience.
Michelle Cassady
Office Coordinator
Michelle started as a Receptionist at Southern Indiana Hearing Solutions, and recently moved into the Office Coordinator position. You will find her helping patients and making sure the office flows as smoothly as possible. Michelle is also in the process of completing courses to obtain her Hearing Instrument Specialist license.
When Michelle isn’t in the office, you can find her with her husband, Jason, her three children: Hunter, Jake, and Anna, and their two dogs Poppy Sue and Willow. They enjoy camping, boating, and grilling out with friends. Michelle loves working with all the patients, eager to lend a helping hand, and works hard to create a family environment in the office.
Shayla Everroad
Receptionist
Shayla was born and raised in Bloomington and loves all the people and memories she has made growing up here. She and her significant other, Daniel, have two dogs and one cat together and she absolutely adores them. Shayla enjoys spending time outside and with friends and family.
Shayla has a medical background and is currently completing nursing school. She loves helping others whenever she can. Her warm smile and good attitude will make you feel right at home.
